1. Brief Introduction

The self-cleaning crusher is lined with flexible rubber plate and is driven directly. It is mainly used in the grinding of the raw materials. It adopts the rotation mode of rotor, and has advantages of non-adhesives, compact structure, good effect of grinding, easy installation and maintenance, etc.

2.Its Structure and Working Principle:

The self-cleaning crusher is mainly composed of shell, rotor, and chain and transmission part. On the shell, it is designed with feeding inlet and cleaning door, and on the rotor there are chain plates.  Hanging on every group of the chain plates, the chains are interlaced with one another. There is reasonable gap between the rotor and the cylinder wall. The shell which directly contacts the material is made up of special material in order to solve the problem of adhesives.

The working principle: when the main shaft is moving driven by the electric motor, the chains move together with it, which will grinding the raw materials entered from feeding inlet,  the impacted materials will fall to the lower layer when they impact the material-blocking ring ,which will be beat by the lower chains.. So the material is continuously beat, impacted, then fall , moves downwards making a 之-shaped movement and gradually is ground, and at last is discharged from the discharging outlet at the bottom.
