Raw materials are added to storage hoppers on
electronic scales.
Materials are measured and transferred to a mixer via belt conveyors, ensuring even flow and preventing Clumping.

The pre-mixed raw materials are fed into a double shaft crusher.
The crusher ensures thorough crushing and mixing of the materials before transferring them to the granulator

The powdered materials enter a rotary drum granulator.
With the help of rotation and adhesive, the materials form into granules, which then move to the dryer.

Granules are dried using a rotating cylinder with direct heat transfer.
The dryer uses high-temperature air to evaporate moisture, and a secondary granulation area helps in re-pelletizing incomplete granules

The partially dried granules go through a secondary dryer.
This step uses micro-negative pressure to further dry the granules and improve the working environment.

After drying, the granules are screened to separate fine powders and large particles.
Fine powders are returned to the granulator, while the screened granules proceed to cooling

Rotary coolers reduce the temperature of the granules using counter-current airflow.
This step also reduces moisture and prepares the granules for packaging.

The cooled granules are screened again to remove any remaining fine powders.
Finished granules are sent to the coating section, while fine powders are returned for re-granulation.

Coating agents are applied to the granules to prevent clumping and enhance quality.
The coating process improves the granules' surface smoothness and brightness.

Coated granules are weighed and packed into bags using an automatic packaging machine.
Packed bags are then sent to the warehouse for storage.

Drying and Cooling Dust:
Exhaust gases from drying and cooling processes are treated in dust collectors to remove particulates before being released.
Return of Dust:
Collected dust is returned to the granulator for reprocessing.
