2. Working Principle
The pan rotates at an angle to the horizontal plane. During the pan’s operation, basic fertilizer powder—mixed according to specific formulas—can be added. As the pan revolves, the powder rises due to friction between the powder and the pan, while gravity causes it to fall. Additionally, centrifugal force swings the powder toward the pan’s edge.
With the application of water spray, the powder rolls along a specific trajectory due to these three forces, gradually achieving the desired size before overflowing from the pan’s edge.
