Description

Brief Introduction:

Rotary Cooler is one of the key equipment in compound fertilizer industry. It is mainly used for cooling the fertilizer products after being dried and can cool the hot granular fertilizer to normal temperature rapidly. It will enable rapid packaging and prevent lumping in storage and transportation process. The micro-subpressure operation of this machine can reduce pollution and improve the working environment. It has the advantages of reasonable structure, stable operation and good adaptability etc.

Structure Description

The Cooler is mainly composed of 1) Cylinder, 2) Riding Wheel & Catch Wheel Device   3) Transmitting device 4) Material Feeding device

The Transmitting device is transmitted by semi-open gear through the outer gear ring fixed on the cylinder, There is sealing device on the feeding end.

The Main structure is as follows.

  1. The Obliquity of Cylinder is adjusted to 2-2.5 degree so as to assure there is enough time for staying the materials
  2. The inner lift sheet take the latest structure, and is divided into spiral feeding area, cooling area, material outlet area, and it fully use the cylinder’s space for raising the materials .
  3. The Cylinder is composed two parts, which is connected by flange and is easy to transport and install and uninstall it.
  4. It improves the sealing device, the materials counterflow with the cool air so as to reduce the dust.

III. Working Principle

The granulated materials from the drier is delivered to cylinder of cooler through the grate discharge chute  of  feeding box of cooler , and then fall into the lift sheet area , and then the materials slide to the deep of the cylinder. Owing to that the cylinder has obliquity and make the rotary action, which make the materials pass several combined lift sheet by helical form, and exchange with the cool air entering into the cylinder, and then the cooled materials is discharging from the end of cylinder .
